We went to see him, and that really gave us the right path of treatment. Along with the adequate diagnosis, he also showed empathy and genuine care towards me. He very well communicated all the complexities of herpes zoster during pregnancy and gave me a complete idea of an inevitable, painful week. Being honest and transparent to set a clear understanding of the root cause of the disease, its treatment, and the healing period. After a week, I started recovering very well. But still had a bit of pain in the ear, so went to see him again. He carefully examined the progress and suggested a further course of action.
